The LifeArc ships have been traveling through empty space for generations. The oldest among you, your great-great-great grandparents, still remember why you had to leave. They have also shepherded the four ships for years almost beyond your counting, ensuring happiness and prosperity for all who are fated to travel.
You? You are one of the Youngest. The fifth generation of travelers. Soon, the Eldest say, you will reach your destination. As you prepare for your final days in the only home you have known, the Eldest have prescribed a time of reflection, a reckoning of you, and your relationships to each of the ruling lines of each of the LifeArc ships.
